One of our prestigious clients is looking for Tele sales & Customer Service Executives with strong proficiency in English (American/Canadian accent preferred) and Tamil to join their team immediately.

WORKING HOURS:
• 12 hours per day (Canadian timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• 6 days a week.

Responsibility

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Engage with customers to promote products and services.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve targets.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (American/Canadian accent preferred) and Tamil.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous tele sales or call center experience is an advantage.
• Must have a laptop and fiber internet connection.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
